Vendors: How to use the QR Codes in the UBU Manager app

We’ve made it so easy for you to take payments, all your customer needs to do is scan a QR code.

When it comes to paying, there are two QR codes in the UBU Manager app. The first one is the QR code for the actual transaction and will have the total amount payable by the customer. 

The second QR code is for the UBU powered Wallet that you are using. So, if you have a customer who hasn’t downloaded the app yet, they can do it there and then, on the spot.

Step 1:

  • Login to your UBU Manager app

Step 2:

  • Select the QR code in the top right-hand corner of your screen

The first QR code is for your customer to scan, which takes them directly to the “Pay” screen to make payment  (works like Snapscan or Zapper) The second QR code is used if you want your customer to download your wallet (if you have one) or the UBU wallet. They are clearly labelled
