Streaming Troubleshooting

I can’t get my streaming to work. What do I do?

If you followed all the instructions correctly about how to watch your live streaming event but you’re having problems streaming, here are a few tips to try out: 

    • Close your browser and reopen it;
    • Shut down your app and reopen it;
    • Check your WiFi signal;
    • Check that your TV is compatible - if it’s more than 10 years old it is unlikely to have the functionality to broadcast a live-streamed event. Please note that if you do not have a smart TV you will need a device that allows your TV to access the internet;
    • If your TV screen is blank when you are on the channel - in other words, you can’t see the QR code, check the following: 
      • The HDMI cable is plugged in properly;
      • Your casting device is properly connected;
      • Check the browser on your TV.
