How admissions work for your physical events.

How to give single and multiple ticket holders admission to your eve

Follow this step by step guide to learn how to accept tickets at the door of your event: 

 

LiveEvent_Admission_Vendor1 Step 1:
  • Make sure you’ve downloaded the UBU Vendor Manager App from the Google Play or App Store
  • Using your details and Vendor ID, log into the UBU Vendor Manager App. You’ll find your Vendor ID in your dashboard.

  • You have a ticket holder a the door wanting to enter the event
  • Ask them to show you the QR Code in their Wallet - This is how they access it
  • Click on the “Scan” icon at the bottom of your screen, in the centre.
Step 3: 
  • Scan the QR code

Step 4: 
  • The number of tickets that were bought using that specific QR code will be displayed in your app 
  • The green blocks represent the number of tickets purchased
  • For each person entering the event using that specific device, click one of the green blocks to indicate that they have used their ticket
  • If a ticket block is green, it means that the ticket has not been redeemed

  • Each block that you select to indicate an entrant into the event will turn pink
  • Click to confirm that the person has entered

  • You will receive this error if you don’t select one of the blocks and try to confirm.
LiveEvent_Admission_Vendor7 Step 7: 
  • Once confirmed, the block will change to RED indicating that the person has used his entry ticket.
  • The valid tickets that have not been used yet will remain green
LiveEvent_Admission_Vendor8 Step 8: 
  • Repeat the process on other devices when ticket holders arrive, until all tickets have been scanned in
  • An indication that all ticket holders have entered is that all blocks are now red
